Direct Access to Experienced Attorneys
When you hire Wolf Law PC, you work directly with Randolph Wolf or Amanda Wolf—not a junior associate or per diem attorney.
Over 40 Years of Courtroom Experience
We have represented clients throughout New Jersey in DWI, criminal defense, personal injury, workers' compensation, and appellate matters.
Trial and Appellate Experience
Few firms handling these cases can match our experience before the New Jersey Supreme Court, Appellate Division, and Federal Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
Published Decisions and Landmark Cases
Randolph Wolf has been involved in landmark matters before the New Jersey Supreme Court, including In re Baby M (The Surrogate Mother case), In re D.J.B.( Expungements), and Sabatini v. Berkowitz (in which the New Jersey Supreme Court granted certification after he obtained what might be the state's first punitive damage award in a medical malpractice case). He has also been involved in more than a dozen published appellate decisions that have helped shape New Jersey law.
Strategic Representation
Understanding how appellate courts review cases provides valuable insight into identifying legal issues, preserving defenses, and positioning clients for success. If you are injured in an accident, facing a DWI or criminal charge, or need to clear your criminal record, the outcome of your case depends on more than just showing up in court. It requires understanding how New Jersey courts analyze legal issues at every level. Wolf Law brings over 40 years of experience representing clients throughout New Jersey, including arguing cases before the New Jersey Supreme Court, the Appellate Division, and the Federal Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
Negotiating Skills
Trials are not the only way to resolve a case. Experienced attorneys can often resolve personal injury cases by negotiating with insurance carriers. In DWI and Criminal cases our experience practicing in courts throughout New Jersey and our relationships built over 40 years allows us to negotiate effectively with prosecutors while preparing every case as though it will be tried and never backing down from a trial if a fair resolution cannot be reached.
